  4. Anyone distributing BabyKeys for any
  5. kind of remuneration must first contact
  6. Multi-Computing at the address below for
  7. authorization. This authorization will
  8. be automatically granted to distributors
  9. recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to
  10. its guidelines for shareware
  11. distributors, and such distributors may
  12. begin offering BabyKeys immediately
  13. (However Multi-Computing must still be
  14. advised so that the distributor can be
  15. kept up-to-date with the latest version
  16. of BabyKeys.). Distributors and vendors
  17. can contact Multi-Computing using the

  30. NOTE: ALL VENDORS MUST CONFORM TO THE FOLLOWING DISTRIBUTION RULES:

  32.         1. The Shareware distribution method must be clearly explained and
  33.            prominently displayed. Consumers should know that BabyKeys is a
  34.            shareware product prior to ordering your CD or disk.
  35.  
  36.         2. The BabyKeys software package should be distributed in its
  37.            current format and using its current title. NO COMPONENT
  38.            OF THIS SOFTWARE PACKAGE SHOULD BE ADDED OR REMOVED.

  40.         3. This software package cannot be bundled with any other
  41.            software without the prior written consent of Multi-Computing.

  43.         4. Any payment made by a consumer to the vendor should be solely
  44.            for the cost of diskettes, CDs, shipping, etc.
